Goods will normally be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery within 48 hours of receipt of your order (excluding weekends and holidays). Some items that have a customization option may take up to 7 days, but we will send you an e-mail when your goods are dispatched.
Your order should be delivered within 48hrs of dispatch but this cannot be guaranteed as parcels are subject to Royal Mail terms and conditions.
All parcels will require a signature. If you are not in a card will be left. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for re-delivery/collection within 21 days otherwise the goods will be returned to us. Any such returned goods will be re-sent upon payment of a further delivery charge. If you do not wish the goods to be re-sent we will refund the cost of your order less postage and packing and a re-stocking fee of 25%.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, please email email@example.com to inform us of any problem that you might have. Items returned for exchange will incur additional postage at the same rate as the original purchase. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend a signed for service, as we cannot exchange or refund goods if they are lost in transit. Returns must be made within 10 working days of receipt of your order. Goods that are made to order are not refundable unless faulty.
Products decorated or personalised with rhinestones or rhinestuds should remain well affixed if all care instructions are carefully followed and garments are not tumble dried. Occasionally the odd stone may become unattached and we are happy to help either repair or send replacement gems to correct this. If in the rare instance more than a few gems become unattached, we would ask you please to contact us and return the garment to the address below so that we can rectify this for you. In such a situation we would refund any postage costs you might incur.
